Kindergarten screening will be Friday, April 16, 2021, at the Lead-Deadwood Elementary School. Parents need to come into the Elementary School March 29 through April 9, and register their children for Kindergarten before a screening appointment can be made. Information needed at registration includes a certified birth certificate and immunization records for your child. These two pieces of information must be on file at school before entrance will be allowed.
Those students whose immunization records are not complete are eligible for registration, but immunizations must be completed and records in the school office before the first day of school for your child to begin.
