The SD Lions Kidsight program will be in the Lead-Deadwood Elementary School tomorrow, November 15th providing routine eye screenings for the first, third and fifth grade students. You will be contacted about the screening if any follow up care is needed.

The South Dakota School for the Deaf will be in the Lead-Deadwood Elementary School providing routine hearing screenings for all 1st, 3rd and 5th grade students on Wednesday, October 10th. Results from this hearing screening will be sent home with each student.

LDHS HOSA members Kaitlynn Zellers and Kaitlyn Meade finished in the Top 10 in the US for Medical Innovation-Original. They developed and created a mobile EEG device that is Bluetooth enabled.
